By submitting an application or providing any information through this website, or providing subsequent information by any other means, you hereby consent to the use of your personal information in order to check and confirm your credit history, credit references, rental history, employment history and income, in order to qualify your suitability as a tenant for the units for which you have applied. You also agree that we may use your personal information to administer your tenancy, and to exchange your personal information to verify the above as permitted under the Ontario Human Rights Code.

If the submitted application is accepted, for residential tenancy, the Landlord or the Landlord's Agent may obtain information about you from outside parties, including but not limited to credit reporting agencies, references provided by you.

Your information will be deleted from our public facing web site after retrieved securely for processing.

Terms of application to rent

If you do not agree to these terms do not submit an application

By submitting an application you agree to the terms set forth below;

  • Monthly rent is payable on the first day of each month. You understand that failure to pay rent, or persistent late payment is grounds for termination of your tenancy.

  • You must pay any deposit required in cash, Interac or certified funds, that will be applied as rent to the last month of my tenancy. You must also pay the first month's rent, in cash or certified funds, prior to entering into the Residential Tenancy Agreement.

  • You may be required to provide a Guarantor to guarantee payment of rent and any costs for damage that You or your guests may cause to the rental unit or common area.

  • In addition to paying rent, you will also be responsible for the cost of any utilities, and any deposits required by the respective utility provider as stipulated in your tenancy agreement.

You agree that if your application is accepted but the tenant who currently occupies the subject premises fails or refuses to vacate the premises prior to the intended commencement of my tenancy, then You shall only be entitled to the return of any money paid to the landlord, without interest or deduction, and my right to the proposed tenancy shall come to an end, without any further claim against the landlord.

You agree that if your application is accepted, and the terms and conditions of the Residential Tenancy Agreement are within the parameters of the Residential Tenancies Act, You will successfully execute Residential Tenancy Agreement with the landlord, and You will comply with all terms and conditions contained in the Residential Tenancy Agreement.

You agree that if your application is approved, but the first month's rent is not received in full prior to the signing of the Residential Tenancy Agreement, or You do not sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement, then the landlord shall not be obligated to rent the premises to the applicant, and the landlord may, at its option, keep all or a portion of the monies paid, to offset any losses it may have or will incur as a result of the applicant's failure to fulfill the commitments as agreed.

You agree that if your application is approved, your landlord or their agent may report your rental history, payment performance, or any other information reflective of your performance at a tenant or credit or tenant reporting agencies.

You verify that all statements on this application are true and you authorize verification of all references / information you have provided.

Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page. The revised terms will take an immediate effect when they are posted unless specified. By submitting information to us, you are agreeing to all the Privacy Policy mentioned below.

The word Information means my personal information except health information, as defined in the Personal Information Protection and Electronics Document Act. It includes information provided to the Landlord or the Landlord's Agent by me, including through services You use, my rent payment history and information obtained from others with my consent. You authorize the herein referenced parties to give the Landlord or the Landlord's Agent the Information about me.

You further agree and irrevocably consent that, if this application is accepted, the Landlord or the Landlord's Agent may disclose Information about you to a credit bureau and to persons with whom You have or propose to have financial or residential rental dealing or if disclosure is believed to be required by law, to help establish my credit/rent payment history and to support the credit approval process.

Disclosure of information
